Upgrading and downgrading plans

How upgrades work

Plan changes in the billing panel take effect on the next billing cycle. If you need a change today (e.g. an event is about to start), open a ticket and we'll push it through manually and prorate the difference.

Your data

Upgrades preserve data. Downgrades preserve data if the new tier is big enough to hold it; otherwise we'll email you before doing anything destructive.
